2025 Convention
Join us Saturday, November 15th for the Ontario Libertarian Party Convention in Mississauga, Ontario.
Registration
We are only accepting a limited number of in-person registrations for $50, which includes a continental breakfast and lunch. If you are unable to attend in person, a virtual registration option is available for $20.
Elections
We will be electing the following positions:
- Leader
- Deputy Leader
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Recording Secretary
- Chairperson
- Vice-Chairperson
- Campaign Director
- Members at Large (2 positions)
- Ethics Committee (3 positions)
Membership Eligibility
A Delegate to the Convention must have been a Member of the Party for at least 90 days prior to the commencement of a Convention or General Meeting.
A reinstated (lapsed) Member shall be deemed as having a continuous membership if the membership is renewed before the start of the convention.
To run for a position, you must be a current member as at November 15th, 2025.
If you are interested in running for a position, email [email protected] indicating your intent.
NOTE: Leadership nominees must also complete forms from Elections Ontario.

12:00-12:45 pm - Lunch
12:45-2:00 pm - Party Documentation Part 2
2:00-2:15 pm - Break
2:15-3:00 pm - Nominations and Elections for all positions on Executive
3:00-4:00 pm - Party Documentation Part 3
4:00 pm - Adjournment
